We only had one free day in Tokyo this time, and it was a late start, but we were lucky to have caught a bit of early autumn leaves at my favourite park with family. The little pea finally got her wish to climb on a swan boat, which she promptly insisted on getting off halfway when she spotted a big playground on the shore.
It was surreal to have the entire family gathered in Tokyo for the first time, but we are hoping to make it to Taiping or maybe even up to Penang together come Chinese New Year.
Just thinking about it makes me itch for my Nikon.
